Business Plans

Business Plans are developed with significant input from the teaching and non-teaching staff and School Board members. As an Independent Public School, Edgewater Primary School is shaping the future of our students with a clear vision and purpose, focusing on excellence in teaching and learning. Business Plans clearly indicates:

• Our vision;
• Our values;
• Value adding (analysis of data over time);
• Academic targets; and the
• Focus areas.

Our Business Plans communicate to all staff, parents and the community the strategic direction of our school and what we want to achieve over the next three years. The Principal will regularly report to the School Board the progress towards implementing the strategies within the Business Plan, as well as the achievement of milestones and targets.
